Cindy L. Howe is an actress who played a female Ocampa in VOY: "Cold Fire". She was uncredited for her appearance and identified by the name tag of her costume which was sold off on It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.
This is her only known on-screen appearance. Howe has also worked as location manager for the film Kindergarten Cop (1990).
