Code White resuscitation is a medical code used by Federation doctors to indicate a specific way of using technology to bring an apparently dead humanoid patient back to life.
24th century Code Whites may involve the use of cordrazine and/or cortical stimulators in sickbay or infirmary situations; these may also be used in field situations where a doctor can quickly access a patient. In extreme field situations where stimulators are unavailable, cardiopulmonary resuscitation may be used.
In 2372, Chakotay figured he'd need a Code White resuscitation after an encounter with the Kazon. (VOY: "Initiations")
