Coleonyx brevis

The Coleonyx brevis is an amphibian native to Earth.
When Spock tried to match the sound of the whale probe to the sound of an Earth animal aboard the Klingon Bird-of-Prey HMS Bounty, a Coleonyx brevis was one of the animals shown. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)
The Coleonyx brevis is actually a Texas-banded gecko, although the image shown on the HMS Bounty's display looks considerably different than a lizard. It can be assumed that the computer on the HMS Bounty was incorrect.
