Command XJL was a transporter code devised by Seska, used to beam her to another location.

In 2371, after being exposed as a traitor by Commander Chakotay and Lieutenant Tuvok, Seska managed to escape from the USS Voyager to Maje Culluh's Kazon vessel by using command XJL to beam her off the ship. (VOY: "State of Flux")
