Council of Physicians

The Council of Physicians were a body present within the Vulcan government that existed within the 22nd century. The Council was governed by a set of protocols that allowed a complaint to the chief physician on the planet.

Captain Jonathan Archer used these protocols as a way of attacking the orders made by the Council to return T'Pol to Vulcan after it was discovered that she was suffering from Pa'nar Syndrome. (ENT: Stigma)
