Crew performance report

A crew performance report is a report submitted by senior officers aboard a Federation starship that describes how a crewmember under the senior officer's department (or presumably within the chain of command) has performed in their duties.

Crew performance reports may be an offshoot of crew evaluation reports referenced in Star Trek: The Next Generation with similar purposes. However, being stranded in the Delta Quadrant without possibility of crew transfers and little room for promotion on the USS Voyager, performance reports did not result in recommendations for promotion, like evaluations reports did
