Lieutenant Curtis was a 24th century Starfleet command division officer who served as attache to Vice Admiral Matthew Dougherty in the 2370s.

In 2375, she was placed in charge of the Ba'ku cultural observation team. When the duck blind was discovered by the Ba'ku, Curtis and her crew were taken "hostage" by the inhabitants of the planet. (Star Trek: Insurrection)

Lieutenant Curtis was played by actress Breon Gorman.
