Daelen

Daelen was an inhabitant of an unknown planet in the Delta Quadrant whose body was stolen by an alien shapeshifter who later stole the body of a male humanoid known as Steth.

While in the body of the woman who was the shapeshifter's previous victim, Steth tracked down Tom Paris, who was occupying Steth's body. Paris was being arrested by the Benthan who believed him to be Steth, and who while in that body had committed robbery. He drove off the Benthan and told Paris that the shapeshifter had perfected a DNA exchange by which he could occupy other bodies and transfer that person into another body. Together, they convinced Captain Janeway to help them regain their proper bodies, and turned the shapeshifter over to the authorities. They were able to track him down and each was returned to their former bodies. (VOY: "Vis à Vis")
