Daggin

Daggin was a young Ocampa who lived in a subterranean farming colony outside of the main underground settlement on the planet Ocampa. He was delighted to see Kes return in 2371, after her escape to the surface and capture by the Kazon, even though she was quickly forced to leave because of the wishes of Toscat, the lead Ocampa who believed he was acting in the Caretaker's best interests. Daggin's group had set up the colony to try and separate themselves from Toscat's rule. (VOY: "Caretaker")
