David Renan

David Renan is the actor who portrayed a flight controller on the USS Enterprise-D in the Next Generation episode "The Naked Now".
His only other known television guest appearance was in a 1987 episode of Hill Street Blues entitled "The Runner Falls on His Kisser". Fellow Star Trek alumni Lawrence Tierney and Christopher Darga were also guest stars in this episode, while James B. Sikking starred, as he was a regular player on the series.
He also appeared in the made-for-TV movies Higher Ground (1988, with John Rhys-Davies) and K-9000 (1991; with Judson Scott, Anne Haney, Ted Barba, James H. Burk, Kenny Endoso, Jeff Imada, Dave Perna and Nicholas Shaffer; with stunts by Gregory J. Barnett and Lane Leavitt)
