Deadwood
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.
Deadwood was a city located in South Dakota on Earth.
With the help of Reginald Barclay, Alexander Rozhenko designed a recreational holoprogram in 2369, which depicted Earth's 19th century "the Ancient West" or better known as the "Wild West".
The program allowed participants to to play the town sheriff, his deputy, and Durango, the mysterious stranger. The setting consists of an old western town with the "Gold Strike Saloon", Miss Langford's House of Pleasure a Sheriff's Office and other buildings who are part of that period. The objective is to apprehend Eli Hollander,"the Butcher of Bozeman", a known criminal wanted for murder.
Deanna Troi, Worf and Alexander played this program when a experiment, which Geordi La Forge and Data were conducting, went wrong and influenced the progam, turning the main characters to look like Data and even removing the holodeck safeguards, making the 19th century firearms as deadly as a phaser.
