You may be looking for the lithium cracking station Delta Vega Station, located on Delta Vega near the galactic barrier.

The Delta Vega outpost was a Starfleet facility on the planetoid Delta Vega. Montgomery Scott and Keenser were assigned to this outpost in 2258.

In 2258, James T. Kirk was marooned on the planetoid by Commander Spock. After discovering the existence of Spock from an alternate timeline, they traveled together the 14km to the outpost. Once inside, Keenser brought them to Scotty, who was angry because he had to eat protein beans for six months. Inside the outpost was a shuttle, in which Spock (Prime Universe) entered the formula for transporting at warp. (Star Trek)
