Dennis Russell Bailey is a writer, also credited as Dennis Putman Bailey. He was the co-writer of the TNG episode "Tin Man" (with David Bischoff), and was one of five co-writers of the teleplay for the TNG episode "First Contact" (alongside Bischoff, Joe Menosky, Ronald D. Moore, and Michael Piller). He is co-writer of the story and writer of the teleplay for the fan film Starship Exeter episode "The Tressaurian Intersection".
