Disorderly conduct

Disorderly conduct is a criminal offense. It can cover a wide variety of activities which are deemed to be disruptive to the lawful actions of others, for the purpose of maintaining order in public places.

In 2372, Odo read a criminal activity report to Kira Nerys, noting that there were two incidents of disorderly conduct listed. (DS9: "Crossfire")
