Draylon II is a class M planet, uninhabited and ripe for colonization. It has a stable orbit, temperate climate, and very low surface radiation. It is near Sefalla Prime.
When the Skrreea came through the Bajoran wormhole and believed Bajor to be Kentanna, their mythical sanctuary, the Bajoran Provisional Government was forced to turn them away. Commander Benjamin Sisko of Starfleet and Major Kira Nerys of the Bajoran Militia suggested Draylon II as an alternative, but the Skrreea resisted; however, they were ultimately forced to relocate there. Three million Skrreea settled on Draylon II. (DS9: "Sanctuary")
