Dulmur was one of two Temporal Investigations agents who came to Deep Space 9 in 2373 to question Captain Benjamin Sisko about his recent visit to 2268. After hearing Sisko's story they decided he had done nothing wrong and that no reprimand would be placed in his Starfleet file. Dulmur and Lucsly, however, did not visit the Promenade, where there was an outbreak of tribbles, previously extinct, but had been brought to the 24th century by Sisko's crew. Dulmur's name was intended to be an anagram of X-Files FBI special agent Fox Mulder's last name; however, the spelling is incorrect. In the Star Trek Customizable Card Game, his name was given as Dulmer, the correct anagram to Special Agent Mulder. Dulmur was played by Jack Blessing.
