Earl Billings (born 4 July 1945; age 63) played the role of Vice Admiral Thomas Henry in TNG: "The Drumhead".
Aside from Star Trek, Billings has appeared in many television shows including ER, Becker (with DS9 regular Terry Farrell), and Mad About You.
He has been a voice performer in several animated television shows and movies including The Proud Family and Fat Albert.
