Eggs Benedict is a meal including slices of toast with poached eggs topped with a selection of meat and hollandaise sauce.

The Chef of Enterprise was known for his famous eggs Benedict. Jonathan Archer and Malcolm Reed were served this dish for breakfast in 2152. (ENT: "Minefield")

While talking with Chakotay, Kathryn Janeway enquired if he wanted to join her for breakfast. She stated that she was having eggs Benedict with asparagus. In reality, she was actually going to have ration pack 5. (VOY: "Phage")
