Entrée 103 was a dish found in Federation replicator databanks. The meal consisted of curried chicken and rice with a side order of carrots.
Michael Eddington and Captain Benjamin Sisko had entrée 103 aboard a runabout while heading towards the Badlands in 2373. Eddington lamented that the replicated meal was actually just protein molecules and textured carbohydrates and not "real food." (DS9: "Blaze of Glory")
