Epsilon Canaris

Epsilon Canaris is a star that has at least three planets, the third of which, Epsilon Canaris III, hosted a civilization or colony in the late 23rd century. (TOS: "Metamorphosis")
Epsilon Canaris also appeared in the star chart Data and Picard were studying in stellar cartography in 2371. (Star Trek Generations)
