In 2328, Mark Stimson boarded the SS Manila at Purser's Planet, bound for Epsilon West IV. This information was part of a commercial passenger manifest database recorded in Federation records reviewed by Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance")

This planet only appeared mentioned in an okudagram on a viewscreen visible in freeze frame. It is named for production staff associate Jonathan West.
