Eraclitus

Eraclitus was a Platonian who possessed psychokinetic powers. He participated in a series of "games" designed to humiliate the Enterprise crew members and entertain the Platonians. (TOS: "Plato's Stepchildren")

Eraclitus was played by Ted Scott.
