Falah nectar is a beverage made from a meat byproduct, considered a delicacy to the Nar Shaddan in the Delta Quadrant.

During a trade mission to the Nar Shaddan in 2377, Neelix encouraged Harry Kim to try falah nectar as a diplomatic gesture, after Chakotay refused because he was a vegetarian. The nectar caused Harry to suffer an stomach parasite infection. (VOY: "Workforce")
