The Federation Medical Academy is a medical school in the United Federation of Planets and a center for medical research.

After their experience in removing a cytoplasmic lifeform from B'Elanna Torres in 2375, the holographic Doctor Crell Moset outlined a paper he hoped he and The Doctor would eventually present to the Federation Medical Academy, entitled "Total Systemic Invasion of a Klingon-Human Hybrid by a Cytoplasmic Pseudoparasite". However, The Doctor instead deleted his program due to Moset's unethical practices. (VOY: "Nothing Human")
