Ferengi Benevolent Association

The Ferengi Benevolent Association was a group formed by Grand Nagus Zek in 2371. Quark's quarters on Deep Space 9 were the Association's headquarters for the sector. Rom was made the Association's senior administrator. It was later revealed that Zek had met with the Prophets, who had reverted him to be a less financially driven Ferengi. Zek was later restored to normal and the Association was dissolved, with Rom amassing a small fortune, thanks to his embezzlement of some of its finances. (DS9: "Prophet Motive")
