Forlisa was a Denobulan woman, her first husband was Klaban. Doctor Phlox, before marrying Feezal, was going to ask her to be his second wife, until he found out she already had three husbands.

In 2152, Phlox and Feezal had a conversation referring to Forlisa, who'd remained a close friend to the family despite not marrying Phlox. Phlox had mistaken Klaban for Kessil's husband Bogga. (ENT: "Stigma")
