Forum:Automatically add signature when posting comments?

I have a bad habit of forgetting to add my signature to comments, although I usually go back and fix it later. I was wondering if there's a way to automatically generate your sig after saving. I didn't see any option in 'preferences' for this.

all you have to do is type four tildes like so: ~~~~ and it automatically converts into your signature. there is also a tool above the edit window that does this for you (the one with a picture of a signature on it) -- Captain M.K.B. 13:08, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
