From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
With regard to the characters/locations seen in DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars", "Shadows and Symbols", are they "real" in-universe. Some of the pages are written as if they really existed in the Star Trek universe and are not just a visions. Is there any proof that in the 1950s there was a man writing DS9? - Archduk3 23:23, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
- I think that was part of the point of the script. Are you the dreamer, or the dream? Some of the pages are written with the thought that they existed but they need to be rewritten to point out it's a vision from the prophets... Kevin_Mulkahey sticks out as one that could use just a bit of a rewrite. Otherwise the majority that I've seen are from the correct POV. — Morder 01:10, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
I guess my next question would be can we get, or is there already, a catagory that we can put these people in, a page we could list them on? Since most of the "main" cast, with the exception of Ezri, has a counterpart in these visions, I think they should be listed somewhere. - Archduk3 02:10, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
- Well, a good place to suggest a category would be Memory Alpha:Category suggestions. — Morder 02:15, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
