Forum:I'm constantly being signed out of MA.

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

I seem to be being signed out of my Memory Alpha account constantly -- almost every time I click a link I'll find myself signed out when the page loads. This is kind of obnoxious, as the main reason I made an account here was so that I could view the site with a different layout than the default.

Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening, or is it just something I have to put up with?

I don't know if you are doing this, but when you log in, try clicking the box that says "Remember my on this computer" or some such. Hope this helps. ---- Willie ^LLAP 15:09, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

Try checking that same option ("Remember my login on this computer") in your preferences. Before doing so, though, I would clear my cache and cookies and then log back in, making sure I have "remember my login" checked. Also check your browser settings to make sure cookies from Memory Alpha and Wikia are being accepted. --From Andoria with Love 22:58, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
