G. Gulliver

G. Gulliver was a space officer in the year 2370, the captain of the starship ITA Elmira.
Under his command, the vessel visited Canine Delta V, and was due to arrive at Deep Space 9 on stardate 47552.9, according to an arrival roster recorded in that station's library computer. (DS9: "Whispers")
His name was not mentioned in dialog, it was simply listed in an okudagram graphic of an arrival roster on a viewscreen. The graphic was also populated by a number of other in-jokes.
