The Galactic Cultural Exchange Project was a program in the 23rd century to improve mutual cultural exchange between different species.

In 2266, the Project sponsored the Karidian Company of Players performing an Arcturian version of Macbeth on several planets, including planet Q and Benecia. (TOS: "The Conscience of the King")
