Gamzian wine is an intoxicating beverage. It was one of the drinks available in Quark's on Deep Space 9.
Quark shared a bottle of Gamzian wine with Vash while discussing an auction they were planning in 2369. (DS9: "Q-Less") Later the same year, Commander Benjamin Sisko ordered a glass of the wine during negotiations between the Paqu and the Navot. (DS9: "The Storyteller")
Others known to enjoy the wine included Kor and Alsia. (DS9: "Blood Oath", "Rivals")
Gamzian wine was a favorite of Edgar Willoughby, the head of the maintenance yard from which Nog hoped to acquire parts for the USS Defiant on behalf of Chief Miles O'Brien. While getting to know the man better in order to elicit quicker supply of the parts they needed, Nog sent him a bottle as a token of appreciation. (DS9: "Treachery, Faith and the Great River")

There appear to be different varieties of Gamzian wine, just as with Earth wines. It appeared green in "Q-Less", opaque orange in "The Storyteller", and light red in "Rivals".
