Gelm bread

Gelm bread is a type of food made from a type of grain harvested on Gaia.

Molly noted that the plants from which the grain used to make the bread stand over two meters tall by summer. She also noted that after it is harvested, she helps her mother make gelm bread with it. (DS9: "Children of Time")

Although the name of the grain itself was not specified, it is reasonable to assume that is called "gelm".
