Gene Dynarski (born 13 September 1932; age 77) started acting in 1965; his role as Ben Childress was among his first. He has worked steadily in small television and movie roles since then. He is one of relatively few actors who have appeared in two different Star Trek series and one of the fewer to appear on the original series and later one of the spin-offs.
