George Baxter is the actor who portrayed the David in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Unnatural Selection". As an extra, he received no credit for his appearance.
Baxter worked in the transportation department for the drama Good Will Hunting (1997) and the mystery thriller Resurrection (1999, with Leland Orser). For the latter one, he served as driver for Christopher Lambert.
