Gina Hecht (born 6 December 1953; age 55) is an American actress who played Manua Apgar in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "A Matter of Perspective".

Hecht was featured on the American sitcom Mork and Mindy from 1979-81. She starred in three failed television series: Hizzoner, Everything's Relative and Heartbeat. The latter was a starring vehicle for Kate Mulgrew. Hecht was a recurring guest star on a number of television series: Life Goes On, Seinfeld, ER, The District and Any Day Now. She also appeared on St. Elsewhere and L.A. Law in the 1980s; Blossom, Friends and Diagnosis Murder in the 1990s; and Providence, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Will & Grace, JAG, Everwood and Strong Medicine in the new millennium.

Hecht was one of the leads in Night Shift, directed by Ron Howard. She also had small roles in St. Elmo's Fire and Edtv. She also had a small role in Clockstoppers, directed by Jonathan Frakes.
