Gooseberry cobbler is an Earth food, a dessert made out of the tart fruit of the gooseberry plant, sweetened with sugar, and then baked.

Annie Meyers offered to serve Worf gooseberry cobbler when he visited her saloon as part of the Deadwood holodeck program in 2369. Worf declined her offer, causing some friction with the Meyers character, who had been written as a sort of love interest for the main participant of the program. (TNG: "A Fistful of Datas")
