Goval was one of the rogue Borg drones loyal to Lore. In early 2370, he disconnected himself from the others because he was afraid of them hearing his thoughts. Lore convinced him to reconnect himself soon after. (TNG: "Descent, Part II")

Goval was played by Michael Reilly Burke.

Parts of his costume were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and were also worn by John de Lancie, Tom Morga, and Gary Hunter. [1]
