Grid 295 is the Borg designation for a region of space in the Delta Quadrant.

In 2377, A group of Hirogen prey holograms set a trap for their pursuers in Grid 295, using a photonic field generator to create a holographic decoy of their ship. When a Hirogen warship approached, the decoy exploded, destroying it. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")
