Trout almondine
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.
(Redirected from Grilled trout almondine)
Trout almondine is a seafood dish originating on Earth, made from trout prepared with almonds.
Trout almondine, served grilled, was part of Chef's menu aboard Enterprise (NX-01) on Friday, 13 August 2152, served along with rice pilaf and green beans. However, the day before, he fell ill and Ensign Hoshi Sato took over the galley. (ENT: "Singularity")
- It was not mentioned how soon Chef got better, so it is possible trout remained on Friday's menu. In Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise, this dish was listed in the food synthesizer menu as it's European spelling, Trout amandine.
