Habitat: Federation was a prison colony aboard a Nyrian biosphere vessel. This Federation habitat had a population of 140 with a 14,800 cubic feet interior.

In late 2373, USS Voyager was taken over by Nyrians and the crew of were forcibly relocated to this habitat. (VOY: "Displaced")
