Haggis

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

Haggis, a traditional dish in Scotland, was made from the liver, lungs and heart of sheep, with oats, groats or other fillers, seasoned and then stuffed into the sheep's stomach. It was boiled and often served with whisky while ushered in by pipers.

Montgomery Scott often made jesting references to haggis ("putting the haggis on the fire") when bantering with ship-mates. (TOS: "A Taste of Armageddon", "The Savage Curtain")
