Harvey Vernon (30 June 1927 – 9 October 1996; age 69) played Yolad Belar in DS9: "Equilibrium".
He made guest appearances in many other popular television shows, including The Dukes of Hazzard, The Golden Girls and Beverly Hills, 90210.
His motion picture credits include MacArthur (1977, with Robert Mandan and Kenneth Tobey), Teen Wolf (1985) and Someone to Watch Over Me (1987, with John Rubinstein, Andreas Katsulas, Mark Moses and Daniel Hugh Kelly).
