A holo-processing plant was a place located on the Qomar homeworld, where the Qomar developed holographic technology.

In 2376, the Qomar made several small holographic copies of the Doctor singing, which he later gave away to his adoring Qomar fans in the mess hall on board the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Virtuoso")
