Howard Shangraw played Grathon Tolar in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "In the Pale Moonlight".
Shangraw has also guest starred in Hill Street Blues (with fellow DS9 guest stars Lawrence Pressman and Barbara Bosson), three episodes of Cagney & Lacey (with fellow DS9 guest stars Michael Fairman, Gregory Sierra and Robert Miano), Wings (with Steven Weber) and Frasier (with Kelsey Grammer and Patrick Kerr).
