Ensign Hutchinson was a 24th century Starfleet officer serving aboard the USS Enterprise-D under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard during the late 2360s.
On stardate 45397, he served as transporter chief when an away team rescued Timothy from the SS Vico. (TNG: "Hero Worship")
Hutchinson was played by actor Harley Venton.
