Hypochondria is a psychological condition where a person experiences abnormal and chronic anxiety over imagined illnesses. Reginald Barclay suffered from hypochondria, as did William Telfer. (TNG: "Realm of Fear", "Genesis"; VOY: "Good Shepherd")
