In 2375, the Fek'lhr reported numerous crew casualties, which were displayed on a casualty report displayed aboard Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Image in the Sand", "The Siege of AR-558")
The IKS Fek'lhr was named for Fek'lhr, a figure in Klingon mythology.
According to the non-canon Decipher role-playing game, the IKC Fek'lhr was one of the Voodieh-class cruisers that appeared in TNG: "All Good Things...".
