Ishan Chaye

Ishan Chaye was a Bajoran electronics engineer born in 2328. Ishan originally resided in the Rakantha Province, where his family lived as well. He had no criminal record.

In 2366, Ishan came to Terok Nor, where he was briefly employed by Quark. He was later wrongly accused of attempting to assassinate Gul Dukat by Odo, and was publicly executed on the station's Promenade. (DS9: "Things Past")
