Isis III is a planet of the Isis system near Federation space. The USS Enterprise-D traveled to Isis III in 2364 after burying Admiral Mark Jameson on Mordan IV. (TNG: "Too Short a Season")

Perhaps coincidentally, this is also the name of a planet in the Gold Key comic "Death of a Star," however it was destroyed in the 2260s.
